A negative to this would be discord role clutter. Having a role for each organization will cause there to be a lot of roles for staff/community management to manage and keep track of. To add to this orgs come and go frequently so it would be very time consuming for this to be managed.

This policy already kinda covers this suggestion, officers who give max sentences for a single punch could have a complaint sustained due to the fact that 5 years 5K for 1 single punch could cause a breach of the peace as it would cause the suspect to react with hostility leading to abuse...
