Cant access server

Verify that you are subscribed to https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=971467487 and make sure to restart GMod if it was running while installing the workshop addons, this forces the game to validate it's workshop cache and download any misssing files.

If the problem still persists verify that a file called paralake_city_v4_<numbers>.gma exists in <steamdir>/steamapps/common/GarrysMod/Garrysmod/Addons. If it doesn't, you dun screwed up boi and unsubscribe to PERPHeads all plugins and re-subscribe.

I am in fact subscribed and if i load gmod and go to addons it shows it as well.

I looked in my game files and there is paralake_city_v4_971467487.gma and
paralake_city_v4_content_971468808.gma

Try starting the map in singleplayer first after that connect to the server. This worked for me

so i seem to be having an issue with the map itself. Even in single player it wont load

The files may have corrupted. Delete the paralake city .gma and restart gmod. This should redownload the file.
