Small discussion about unfairness

Let me give you context to this

So at the start, we were both banned for this, even tho I heavily disagree with it. The thing to this story is that HE started this whole beef right?
I told this dude top "grow a pair", but that's not the thing. I disputed and it obviously got denied.

I then find out this guy got unbanned when he started the whole thing. This shit is unfair and even @MrLewis doesnt even know why hes unbanned

IS THIS OK PERPHEADS? HUH?! HOW THIS N UNBANNED WHILE IM STUCK BANNED DEFENDING MY SELF?!

IS THIS REALLY THE FAIR PERPHEADS WE ONCE KNEW, OR HAS IT CHANGED?!
ps: there was no ban appeal that he made

Yeah dude I totally agree! Completely unfair. Also got a PM from a moderator saying that if I don’t stop making “Vincent” mad he will ban me, but all I said was the name Frej in shoutbox.

Joke aside, i believe it's fairly known the shoutbox is litteraly a biased safe-space where nobody can take a fucking joke, take imperial watch's ban as an example.

It's quite interesting to see the transition from "say what you want" to "this is what you can/can't say".
From a staff perspective, we have to take into account that we're running a community here, we don't want people
to feel outcasted and/or feel like they can't be here. On the other hand, we're a gaming community after all and personally, I'm fine with all jokes, as long as they're not targeting or segregating specific people (especially community members).

Just don't be a dick to other people and I'm sure we'll all be fine.

as for your ban just appeal it every day until the staff member who banned you gets annoyed and unbans you

If only most staff members would realise making an (offensive) joke does not equal to targeting or segregating people, and if a staff members deems it unfit, deleting it would usually be enough unless said person continues.

Vincent's part of the PD, ofcourse they're gonna unban him lol.

Please make a staff complaint. And do not try to set up every one against the staff team.

I think sharing an issue within the community is the way to solve a problem, this way everybody can say how they feel about it and the staff team know that there is more than just one person who has this issue, i mean we're a community after all.


The whole issue here is political correctness, and we dont need your politically correct reply here either

Well, I think that life is unfair. And that some staff members are more competent than others. That's why I make staff complaints and disputes to staff members that I find incompetent. Or that acted incorrect from my point of view.

It might be my incapability but I do not see what you want to reach witch this discussion expect for slandering some staff members.

This is nowhere close related to slander, people are are raising an issue within the community and if there's an issue, i feel everybody has the right to know about it. We're not living under supression with the fucking stasi watching over us 24/7, you know.
