Hello, please keep in mind while reading this application that spelling mistakes (and formating alike) are likely to occur due to this being written on a phone.
Proceed.

STEAM NAME: ☠ ☢ You sure -.-' ? ☢ ☠

IN-GAME NAME:
Johnny Desperado

STEAM ID: STEAM_0:0:5786301

AGE:
19

COUNTRY: Serbia

WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE AN ENFORCER:
\\ In-game me - mini introduction //
~
Hello, many of you know me in-game as Johnny Desperado. When I am on the server you'll usually find Johnny being on duty as an over-enthusiastic dispatcher leading his self proclaimed mini army into battle against the criminals on the paralake. I also enjoy being a police officer, spreading love and tickets (sorry).
On other occasions, you'll see Johnny driving in his car around the city hanging with his friends.
He sometimes sells consenting woman that sell their body services.
Johnny is always eager to help new people, such as helping them enter the life of everything - from a dirty criminal to a legal salesman with a food stand.

\\ Me and community involvement //
~ I am 19 years old, and I come from Serbia.
I've been a part of this community for quite a decent amount of time, joined around december 31. 2016 on the forums officially.

- I've always enjoyed helping people within this community. I've done so by assisting people through PM's privately over steam, in-game [Help] chat and OOC in general.
In regards to this, I felt like making a quality guide that could help new people,
https://perpheads.com/threads/guide-to-genes.28119/, and I am looking to create some more. I am always happy to assist people with their rule doubts and point them in the right way. My ingame activity used to be high, but now has slightly dropped due to college and work obligations. This will have no impact on my staff work however.

- From the start, I've seen many enforcer recruitment cycles go by, but I did not have any intent to apply at any point because I always felt I wasn't that close to the community and its members in such way that I can be a role model for them.
I also felt like my rule knowledge was not sufficient for me to enforce it succesfully.
So I proceeded to observe the newly made ARs, seeing whats accepted and whats not, also trying to grab any opportunity to ask an experienced staff members on how to notice a diffrence between an intenional rule break and a honest mistake.
With this knowledge I decided to apply today.

- In terms of my behaviour, I have improved a lot from the start. Taking a quick peek at my ban record, you can see that my first 2 bans were due to poor behaviour and rule knowledge, which is what I've worked towards to fix. Now I can say that I have improved significantly in this area.

- My relations with certain members is not that well, but I always try to maintain a good friendship with the people I meet.
This is how I made a lot of good friends that I talk to outside of the server.
My characters in-game actions might be harsh when I roleplay as a police officer, hence OOC hostility is sometimes presented towards me.

~ All in all, my main intentions are to help people. I have worked hard on improving myself within the community to the point where I could pose as a role model for those who follow and stay within the community guidelines.

\\ Previous experiences //
~ Before taking part in this community I've been a moderator on Superior Servers franchise, moderating multiple servers over the course of ~2? months I was staff there. Before recieving the rank of administrator, I have resigned due to other things that were going on at the time and wasn't able to keep up with reports.

ARE YOU ACTIVE ON THE TEAMSPEAK:

When I am on teamspeak I am usually there talking to my buddies or sitting in the dispatcher channel.
Recently I've been more active on TS, talking with more people, so yes.

  1. Your time played on the server must be at least one week. Yes.
  2. No recent bans and warnings on record for at least a period of a month, this includes both the forums and the server. Yes.
  3. You must have an extensive knowledge and understanding of the server rules and laws to the extent where you can Enforce them. Yes.
  4. You must have access to and use a microphone. Yes.
  5. You must maintain an active presence on the TeamSpeak Server. Yes.

DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO SAY:

Thanks for reading this, I appreciate any feedback.

Whenever you are on you are either minging or not taking a thing seriously. Not only are you incredibly immature when on your activity speaks for itself. Work on taking things more seriously and increase activity within the server and help chat.

From what I've seen you are highly unprofessional and dishonest (at least as a police officer). Just recently, you ran 2 people over as a Police Officer and while I was giving my side of the story, you pulled some sort of mental gymnastics out of your arse to try and incriminate me for hypocrisy and inconsistency where it did not apply. You attempted to invalidate my entirely true statements by lying to @Brikaas while dealing with your situation.

Nor have you demonstrated any particular skills or your knowledge of the rules. You're not very active or helpful in the /help and OOC chat.

No thanks.

Johnny, you might have good itentions however i do not think you are ready for this position. First of all your Activity is not the greatest in my opinion. Most of the times i see you In-Characther you're just minging around most of the time and i do not think the staff team wants a person with this attitude. And i never see you help out people in OOC or help chat as well.

I do not think you suit the staff team at all however you might have good intentions but from what i've seen so far i do not think you are ready to be an Enforcer.

Hardly see you on the forums and teamspeak. Never seen you help once in help chat. Hardly seen you on the server, but when I have your roleplay gives a bad impression because I never see you take things seriously. Don't even want to imagine you as an enforcer.

No thanks.

From my experience in game with you nearly all the time you are overall just a General minge. Your not even hat active nor do you appear to be familiar with the rules. I can’t support this application due to those factiors

Thank you all for your feedback.
My activity has indeed lessened in terms of my usual 5 hour on where it was a month ago.
A lot of people dislike me due to IC disputes, sorry you guys feel that way.
Personally, I help people whenever possible.
Sorry to those who support me and get negative ratings because of doing so.
Again, thanks for the feedback.

Hello.
I believe that you should get to know my character better, because that's how it is.
You can call him mingy but that's just him.
If you wish to talk more and get to know me OOC pm me over forums or steam.
Rule-wise, I am sorry you feel that way but I disagree.
Thanks for the feedback!

Sorry you feel this way. Feel free to make an IA / AR if you feel it was against the rules.
Previously answered other parts of your statements.
Thanks for the feedback!

Just a quick bit of info, I do not know this person nor have I been active enough to judge whether he is enforcer material or not. But don't disagree with his application just because he "minges" about, @Corolla is one of the biggest minges you could ever encounter in-game yet he still does a great job at enforcing the rules when it comes to being serious. So I suggest that you show your serious side and then apply so people get a sense of how you deal with such situations. L8r bitch

You make a very good point here, in that Johnny doesn't show his serious side enough, and a very good medium to do this is through the forums.

I rarely see you active on the forums, where you could easily show your serious side by making good guides and suggestions, and leaving constructive feedback on enforcer applications. You also seem unable to separate your serious and mingy side, which reflects in your policing. The thing with Corolla is that he can do this very well, which is why he is able to be Moderator. Prove that you can separate this, and I would gladly support this application, but currently we honestly can't tell whether or not you'd be able to enforce the rules seriously, so it isn't worth the risk. Another good way of showing your serious side is through taking the PLPD more seriously, as you tend to minge on-duty too.

Hello.
I am very active on the forums, I rate things very often but I do not always post as I feel I don't need to express my opinion ALL the time.
If you were to get to know me better, you would know how serious I am when it comes to anything involving responsibility.
Giving me a shot wouldn't dissapoint you, Sorle!

Thanks for feedback.

Expressing your opinion would definitely help, as it shows your presence on the forums and allows you to build up a reputation for people to judge you on, outside of your actions on the server. If you try to put your more serious points across on the forums it will allow people to think of you as an independent thinker, and it will definitely help in boosting people's perceptions of your maturity.

Couldn’t stay serious throughout the duration of writing an enforcer application. How can we expect you to remain serious during any other situation that requires verbal action, you cannot even maintain a serious attitude while bashin a keyboard.
