what does it say when kicking you?

1: does it kick you or does your game crash?
2: Reset your key bindings to default and do key_listboundkeys to make sure that your shift key isn’t bound to the disconnect console command.

Logs are claiming that you are timing out so it could be something to do with your internet connection. What’s your internet speed like?
