Some Information About Me & My Time Here at PERPHeads:

Hello there, I think I should introduce myself to the ones that don’t really know who I am so you get a little picture of what kind of a person I really am. And to the ones that know me, Hey. And thanks for taking a few minutes of your time to read this Application, hope you enjoy it!

The name is Robin (Ljungberg), I am from Sweden and I'm currently 18 Years of Age. I really enjoy working out and just being active in general, always loved playing Football (soccer for you stupid Americans xd) and other sports such as Basketball, Handball, anything with a ball really. But nowadays I mostly just Lift Iron at the Gym and work like 5 days a week, if you're wondering I lay floors, yeah interesting.

But more about my time at PERPHeads

I am a really long time member of the Community, I joined back in late 2013, and been here ever since. PERPHeads is literally a part of my childhood, I have always loved the community and the game mode itself, which is why I actually went for Staff and got it back in 2014, and as stupid as I was, I went inactive and later on got demoted due to Inactivity, which is something I still regret to this day, and I would like to apologise to the Staff Team for my actions back then.

But later in 2015 I came back and got active again, I reapplied for Enforcer and got denied, I tried again and got denied a second time which made me say ''fuck it'' and go inactive again. Which is also something I really regret because it makes me look bad to both the Staff Team and the community itself as a Candidate for Enforcer.

But what I really want you guys to know is that I have really, really changed since then, back then I was Immature, Lazy, Cocky and so on. I was 14, now I am 18, I have a full-time job, which includes me dealing with and meeting new people every single day, which means I have a lot more respect for the human kind and I really understand and know how to act and operate in situations that I've never really run into before, which will be positive in the future for me upholding this position and with just life in general.

But I what I wanna say with this is that I am a changed man, and I will prove it to you, and I won't give up and leave like a little rat-like before, I am really here to stay, and I will prove that to you guys.

So if you decide to accept me for the position, I can promise you that I won't be a disappointment like before.

WHY SHOULD YOU BE AN ENFORCER:

I really feel that I should be accepted into the Staff Team as Enforcer because I really think I have what it takes to be a very skilled and useful Enforcer, I've got the skills and the experience to uphold the rank of Enforcer to a high standard. I just really love helping out in general, whether it being in /Help chat or just finding myself in an In-Game situation where I can help out in /LOOC to the best of my ability.

As Said, I've been a Member of PERPHeads for 5 years, which means I have A LOT of experience with both IC and OOC situations, So I can pretty easily compare the two and know when to stop and continue as a Staff Member or keep the situation going with roleplay.

Being able to see all the aspects of situations is really Important, and being able to be unbiased and actually see a situation for what it really is.

I am really fair but really strict. Me being strict won't mean that I will run around and ban people for every single mistake they've made, I love talking to people and getting a better understanding of what really happened and telling them how to improve and what to improve till next time they face a situation like such.

Giving out punishments are easy, but justifying them is where it comes to mind, does this person with 0 bans and 0 warnings on the record really deserve a 1-week ban for driving down the wrong side of the highway breaking 3.22? No. I would most likely just give him a warning and just tell him to read over the rules, understand them and make sure he gets it until next time.

*You must have an extensive knowledge and understanding of the server rules and laws to the extent where you can Enforce them. ✔

*You must maintain an active presence on the TeamSpeak Server. ✔

I have had so many good memories from this server and I really love the server and its community and I really feel like I need to give something in return. That is why I'm applying for the Enforcer Position, to help out a lot more than I can, with the abilities of a staff member to really take action and help in a way I haven't been able to.

Me being patient will be good in situations where there are multiple sides to be viewed from, trying to understand to the best of my ability and just going from there.

I am great with working in teams, I love teamplay of any kind.

I am always motivated to do the best job that I can possibly do.

A fun Dude
I am the kind of guy that can fuck around and be fucked around with without taking any offense, which can be a positive thing. Because having fun is a really important thing when coming to gaming.

Active
I am really active all around (Forums, Teamspeak and In-Game), at least a few hours a day which will be positive if I uphold a Staff Position.

Trustworthy
I always stick to my word, if I get a task and I say I’m going to do it, I’m going to full fill it.

Always open to improve
If there's someone giving me feedback on what to do better, I wouldn't just shut him down, I love being able to do better. Always room for improvement.

An Example of a Situation and how I would respond to it:

A new player joins the server and decides to run across the Highway breaking 3.4, just a basic rule break that a lot of new players do and they do not listen to "Normal Players" a lot so I can't really help this person at all, sometimes it goes well and I can help the person that really listens and understands, instead of just saying "F**k off" and then walking off, but IF THIS happens, I will, of course, make a /Report as always. Actually being able to help out in more situations like these,

would be better and a lot easier, of course, it’s always annoying when you really can't do anything about rule breaking at all.



When I see people rule breaking I’m always trying to help out and tell the people involved in the situation about the rules they have neglected, like what they have done wrong and how to improve etc. As I have been an Enforcer before, I still got the experience and skills a staff member needs. When I was an Enforcer, I really thought I did my job correctly and I really enjoyed it. I was 14 at the time being a staff member, I'm now 18 years old, I believe I have matured up A LOT and I’m ready to take care of this position to the best of my ability.

I really miss helping people out and that’s why I'm applying for the Enforcer Position again. I know I did some things wrong sometimes but like who doesn't, right? All I want to do again is helping the players and preserving gameplay and I can do it to 100% as an Enforcer. Now I will actually be able to show you guys what I’m really going for and capable of.

With all the wrong things I have done in my past, I have still managed to learn from them, I really did, and that will increase my ability to help out.

From reading your application and watching the video, I can tell you have put lots of effort into making it which on some points shows that you are dedicated to become something further than just a normal user. In game, you seem like a nice guy. I've seen you help out in help chat - however, I haven't really seen you try and do any effort in the game to help out new players or just regular players that need to be guided a bit.
I will be Neutral about this application until I see you prove that you are worthy of being a staff member. Such things as helping new players, guiding them or taking time and effort into welcoming them onto the server is a big plus.

Though I have only had brief encounters with you IC, I have noticed you helping sometimes on OOC and in character with some people. You are a very good role player from what I have noticed, especially your passive roleplay is impressive.

Your application is very detailed and even with the video, you are putting the extra effort in your application, from reading and listening to it all, I believe you have the necessary skills and qualities needed to be an enforcer and furthermore, you're capable of holding a staff rank if given the chance so, good luck!

You're a pretty nice guy, you have a oretty good attitude towards other players from my experience. Only thing im missing is helping new players and such like previously stated.

You're honestly a great guy and since I was in the 2k15 #Robin4FuckingEnforcer movement I am STILL going to be supporting you. You should have gotten the rank ages ago during your first few attempts. From what I see you are a very active and helpful player; I've seen you help some people in the shoutbox and in the general forums.

The only thing I don't like about you can be explained by these XXXTENTACION Lyrics from the song "SAD!"

Just due to the fact that you seem to give up a little when you get denied but you do eventually come back so that shows you do have some drive and motive to become an Enforcer. Good luck old friend, I wish you all the best on your application.

Ever since you returned i haven't personally seen you roleplay anything, all you do is grow drugs and raid. When was the last time you actually put effort into some sort of roleplay situation?

Could you explain why it matters that he spends most of his time growing narcotics? From what I hear, growing drugs these days you have to actually put some effort into them because of the new system

can't edit because I'm at school and the wifi is stupidly slow so it doesnt work

He put a great deal of effort into building up the RC station and making it look apealing to customers, and had a good advertisement campaign going. He did make it closer to real life than almost anything else I've seen while playing PERP.

One time is an adequate window to demonstrate your high quality RP skills. CrimRP is often more appealing than passive RP to most people, so demonstrating that he has the capabilites to RP to a high quality once is enough. There is no reason to criticize him on preferring to pursue crim RP sits when he's already proven his ability to RP. I don’t see an issue with it being only one time.

There is more then kidnapping? Are you saying roleplaying on a roleplaying server is optional and not mandatory? Doing actual roleplay shows your devotion to the server and actually helps improve it more then anything. It also shows a better view to new players when there is actual roleplay going on. For example the stands at city hall always look really nice in my opinion. They are like the visiting card for perp when players join.
