what I miss is having org rivalry that always makes things more interesting and it balances things out more having more orbs than Justin one big org.
Considering that the only org beef we have atm is a bunch of aids people in a new org called power rangers looking to have fun vs people we call the Israelis which half of em aren't even from Israel. TBH I do not think perp will ever go back to what it used to be because I have to say at least 60% of old players who still play bum the PD all day rather than do the criminal side (not that its bad they do this). Also considering @Brinch kicked most people out of LCS for the reason perps dying and to try to make us start org wars with each other to lighten up the server shows how much it's not going to return to what it used to be. I can talk on behalf of all the people who are in my org when I say this that none of us plan to start org beef with each other so until we all end up perma banned I really don't think it will change from cops vs robbers.

Maybe if more people started orgs allowing only friends in and not tryina build up a collection of Ferrari owners to Zerg with, the server will be fun, But nah, that wont happen, because its all about success nowadays.

Well if the admins would stob ban players for weeks and months over shit things then maybe we would actually see more on the server. This is GarrysMod and people will get bored at points and ofc you will start fooling around a fucking things over. The admins are WAY to harsh with the Bans. there is like 3-5 bans a day isnt it?

I don't think you understand... All the people in perp who are criminals are friends. Well all the top people what you call them are 'Ferrari owners'. If you read my post you would see that Brinch seems to have the same idea as you but like it wont work im not gunna start an org to beef with knoxy and dom cuz there my friends in perp and I wanna help them. The only beef that happens in perp is top ppl vs sweaters. Or tylas org of 60 million people.

Its the same as going up against each other in a match of cs:go, it should be a fun experience and maybe even more then going up vs randoms as you can have a laugh about it together afterwards. Competition is fun and better then rimlicking 1 massive powergrowing org who does nothing but grow all day long for another Ferrari that doesn't do anything.

I've had the idea of trying to whitelist perpheads. I would suggest only accepting people who are willing to roleplay and maybe have a small interview to see if they have the capacity to understand how the server works, (and who can speak English, we've had wayyyy too many bans because of non-english speakers).
A lot of people don't like this idea though, because it sounds kind of SantosRP'ish, but it's all I got. There's also the Player-Owned-Economy we could bring in.
Cough stephen cough

But that's not how it would work because in CSGO I can do a 5v5 with friends and not lose anything perp you lose things you lose time. Not saying I would care and I think what you are saying here would be cool but would never happen because people aren't gonna happily lose a 15k gun because they were having a "friendly" raid with there mates. And no it's not rim licking is it cuz we're all friends.

Go back to the old days, be a prick to everyone
I and @Sam used to let you in because we thought you were nice only for you to open doors up and let your org run in and shoot us all, don't get me started on being mugged 5 times in a day. In all fairness it made shit fun although it was a bit annoying it made me want to get better, eventually, when I got semi-known I got invited to his organisations. It's what perp used to be about (and should be), you need to start at the lowest of the low and then work your way up the ladder.

A meeting of the magnitude you are suggesting is not a productive approach to solving any of the community's issues. Most members are not knowledgeable enough to input anything is significance anyway. 60 or so players debating/arguing about the servers problems won't lead to an outcome ideal to everybody, there would just be further bitterness and blaming for the issues.

Meetings similar to the one suggested have happened in other communities and totally failed. Learn from their mistakes.

Good response, but in defense i would like to put ZARP as an example.

Zarp had held a Community Meeting a long time ago back when i was Super Admin. This actually helped the community of ZARP majorly, mainly because everyone had some feedback for staff, gameplay and as well as issues. Just because it sounds like a bad idea im sure we could give it a chance and see if we can make a change. There's really no other way of reaching out with the community without causing more issues/random beef. ZARP invited anyone who was available to talk on TS3 about the Community. Why not do the same... Also everyone would be muted other than the person speaking and as well as the Lead Staff except Mod and lower would be muted.

There is very little balance or fun in the server. Police is way to strict and anyone good at raiding all bands together into one org, the org monopolies making it boring or impossible to do anything

Ye that's sad people raiding sweaters and shit. They got to actually help sweaters, haven't seen anybody in months actually making an org and accepting sweaters to teach them perp. Back in the day @Pusheen invited me to his org thats how I learned perp a bit, was allowed to raid with them that's how I learned the basics and shit. I might even consider doing that if perp is still alive and I am unbanned.
