What rule do you wish to Edit/Add: Edit 3.3 - All actions a player makes must be done as realistically as possible, especially during combat; for example, when jumping up-to, or down-from somewhere, it must be done so slowly, carefully, and without resulting in injury to the player. Furthermore, players should take great care whilst climbing. Players should not attempt to boost people onto buildings or structures, nor should they climb onto objects which realistically would not hold their weight.
Your version of the rule:

Wall banging certain materials will not be allowed such as shooting into metal, except for vehicles (because of the RC truck can only be stopped like this if they are good driving and avoid obstacles) and thin metal scraps of metal.
Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited: People would base at Scrappy Joes, hicktown but they dont due to the whole thing being metal, and the raiders are allowed to wall bang it until something is said about it. Wall banging the back doors at bazaar is pathetic, you try to raid it, next thing you know, a round comes to your head and you are dead.
