Main Idea: After a battering ram is used on a vehicle, the ejected occupants must wait 5-10 seconds before they can get back into the vehicle

Full description of the idea:
I've had 20+ incidents where I've had to use the battering ram several times to get someone out of a car, because they keep on getting in less than a second afterwards (especially when they're in handcuffs). Implementing a cooldown would make the process waaay less cancerous. Maybe this could only be for suspects in handcuffs, that would work too.

Why should it be added?: Because being able to get back into the vehicle less than a second after being manually dragged out makes no sense. This addition would eliminate a very commonly used tactic by salty fagbois that breaks 2.1 in order to stall for allies or just waste time because they're salty as fuck.

Pros: Non-invasive solution that fixes a very common problem, helps PLPD players keep their sanity

Cons: Literally nothing

*Other additions: Since the battering ram is an abstraction of manually dragging people out of the car, all passengers could be slowed down for 5-10 seconds after being ejected to make it easier to cuff them, seeing as letting go of the suspect immediately after dragging them out doesn't make any sense.

Main issue is when you get knocked out of the car, while the officer has no realistic way of doing so... That's why this shouldn't be removed. I usually just knocked them out of the car and then gunpoint them.

you can't gunpoint handcuffed guys who keep on getting back into the car, though.

Very true. To be fair. The battering ram should be used when there's multiple officers... Just gunpoint if you're alone.

<insert picture of the definition of hyperbole here>

a very simple QoL suggestion that has no real drawbacks and would reduce the ability of people like me to abuse the system
