Why Should This Player Be Punished: Player had been threatening the medic with a Machete to not revive an officer, this user was quickly chased down by cops and evaded. A bit after I found him again, I pulled a gun on him and he tried to run me over which definitely didn't benefit him, since with one shotgun shot Disabled his car. He decided to try to run for it and pulled a Molotov out, he could clearly see my gun yet he threw it which resulted in his death. Also please don't mind the sounds I do.. I have tourettes and I hate it...
