Kenty's Enforcer Application

+support he's ok but his voice is annoying and he forgot who i was...but he's helpful I GUESS
Kenty and I have not had the best history, nor did I ever like this fucking retard till he actually apologised for his actions, since then he changed into a better person actually trying his best to help the server and the community grow and turn into the better, I don't usually write on these unless it's something negative regarding the applicant's behaviour (so see yourself as a prime example or something)
Kenty is someone who's taken all the criticism he's recieved throughout his playtime in this community and actually changed his way of playing the game, behaving and actually taking on the game in general. He's a much more mature and fun person to be around, not someone who you have on your back having to babysit, but actually someone who knows the rules to an extent to be able to enforce them. I believe that Kenty is also someone who understands the difference between someone who breaks the rules intentionally and those who accidently do so, which is quite rare to see from someone who's completely new to the whole enforcing bit.
He's also one of the few users who's very welcoming to newer players that are completely new to the community and try helping them get started, from the few times I've been on the server last couple of months I've seen Kenty do his best in helping the community via the /help function trying to help players wondering different things find the best answer and a fast solution.
I think it's also worth to note that when I was a staff member Kenty was one of the staff members who's reports were fun to deal with because of how well he took care of his own reports. Please note that I can only say what he used to do when I was a staff members; He was very detailed in his reports, kept them short but as much info as possible in it, was also nice to players who didn't understand what they did wrong and was very rarely mad at players for doing something wrong, because he quite clearly understood/understands that we all make mistakes, aslong as they understood what they did Kenty was very accepting in those the reports that he made against other players.
It's also worth to note that Kenty keeps a very professional status on the forums, even though he sometimes messes around like we all do he remains professional and takes all response on his applications, posts on threads and such very seriously.
We go back to mention again that he's a user who tries to do his best for the server, we can see this behaviour on certain suggestion threads such as a recent one regarding "rain" in the server, he came with an optional solution to the problem which you can see here;
If we look at his record he's obviously changed since October and turned into a better player as I already stated above.
Thanks to these recent accolades I've decided to support this application completely in hope that you will be accepted and given a chance to prove yourself to the community completely. Good luck with your application.

This has honestly been the most concentrated on, worked on, properly read/developed on response to an Enforcer application and anything as a matter of fact, I appreciate all the work you've been going through to build up on my past and block out the past me and differenciate myself from old to present showing my accolades and dedication to the server as well as attempting to be reasonable with many and show my efforts. Thank you very much Daymon, I truly appreciate your feedback, support and kind hearted comments!
Where to start, recently I have seen you being extremely helpful in ooc/help chat, whenever anyone has a question, you are always fast to respond to them and give advice, your attitude has changed completely (in a good way) in my opinion and I believe your rules knowledge is quite good also.

Kenty is a friendly face and helpful member of the community, he possesses the necessary skills to be able to perform his duties at exemplary standards. I hope he finally gets the chance to become staff and show his true potential that no matter what his past may have been, he’s a better character now and I believe anyone that’s had any form of contact with him in the last few months knows he’s capable and serious about this.
Could go through all the generic stuff saying you know the laws and rules etc, you do however I won’t go blabbering on about it because I think it’s already shown. You’re embedded into both civilian and cop life and you’re able to put yourself in other peoples perspectives which is VERY useful and important as a staff member during cases and such. You actually take time to role play than to just choose gun play and for example your checkpoints with the TV, and stands are just great in my opinion and I love seeing them around. Fact that you’ve been doing them for a while shows me that you’re also serious about role play and not trying to do last minute improvements to your image for enforcer.
You’re a genuine guy and I hope to see you in the staff team very soon. Would’ve been great to work alongside you but hey, you can deal with my salt reports!

+1 I've known Kenty for what? About a year now I believe? Kenty is a very hard working person and very socially active and a fun guy, he's very helpful both to knew people and older people therefor I'd like to see a person like him as Staff.
