Why Should This Player Be Punished: 2.5, Whoever stole my car and decided to wreck it. - Someones going to have to check logs to see who stole it and whoever the fuck t1'd it.

@A1L Do you have evidence to prove that the person who stole your vehicle definitely destroyed it on purpose and that it simply wasn’t an accident? Whilst stealing cars, accidents can happen. It is difficult to say that destroying your car was a deliberate move.

You have 24 hours to provide a more detailed story as to why you think it was intentional, and some evidence to back your claims up.

Demos won't show shit, but as far as I can tell whoever decided to steal my ferrari in front of Suburbs Fredys. Can you not request their demo considering the fact mine won't show nothing except constant crafting, demo drive will not show nothing. I never said it was intentional however it could be considering the fact it was stolen outside where NPCs are.

After viewing logs on mobile which is an awfully fun challenge, it seems @kaihiggins was the user who stole your vehicle.

I have lately noticed there is a group of people that "accidentaly" wreck stolen cars. It happend to me like 2 days ago when mine and Spaceshots car were stolen basicaly at the same time and wrecked Spaceshots said the wrecking was accidental but in my opinion wrecking cars in most times may look accidental when someone accidentaly goes left a little too much u can do it on puropse too

That rule needs little edition in my oppinon because its very easy to avoid punishment for it

Me and kai stole your car. His intention was never to wreck or damage it he crashed into the highway divider on the bend at the subs end of parker tunnel. This caused me to get knocked unconscious and later bleed out.

By anychance you got a video of this being an accident or you able to record your demo?

Also why exactly did you steal the car when it was in front of freddies, did you do it in front of the NPC?

It was a complete accident me wrecking the car, I took the corner and just lost control I can search the demos if you want me too that bad, It was robbed at the side of the shop out of site of the npc and both the camera. Sorry for the late reply the forum did not notify me when I got tagged

As already explained to you, it is very difficult for us to prove any wrongdoing when a car is stolen. Kai claims it was accidental, and unless you are able to provide evidence then we're not able to prove otherwise.
