I mean what do you really expect from going to war with a prospering kingdom... There's a reason you wait for the opportune moment and you have your companion's parties to help you... It's even free to call them lol. Despite that, there are other ways to start a kingdom. In my very first campaign, I became a vassal of the southern empire and they gave me a couple of fiefs and guess what I did. (1/2)

I yeeted out of the Kingdom and kept my castles, while at the same time laughing at how the Southern Empire couldn't get them back because they were busy with a war against an evergrowing Vlandian force. After that it was pretty easy to hire people from other clans to join my cause and boom; I had myself a kingdom that could easily stand up to the 400 man armies they threw at me. (2/2)

From what I've seen the devs are working to fix the issues the game has and they are aware that a single faction can steamroll through the entire map in a short amount of time. What bothers me is that the had 8 fucking years to make sure everything works as it should

@Generic Twat they already fixed the steamroll issue, it was an issue with lords not being able to get an army back up after being beaten due to looters. It has been fixed. I agree that it's a bit disappointing for 8 years tho, but at least they released it as early access and not a full game

also erm maybe just for me but the combat must be bugged

No Jay, you just suck. You spend more time complaining over steam than improving your melee xd
