@Samantha @BigBenji Maybe I jumped to conclusions a bit too quickly, laws do apply which is true which I overlooked when I first stated that, however, if polices and so on are void, don't expect complaints to be sustained if they are for breaches of policy

@Duffy You act like I'm the CoD, IA's job is to investigate complaints and I've reiterated this, at the moment, I am accountable as staff still have to enforce rules for officers

@Duffy That's not really worded very well, but if no policies exist at the moment and all divisions have temporarily been shut down along with the intranet, why would IA investigate any complaints? If CoDs tell us to investigate them, we will, but right now, we will not be investigating...

@KeiwaM Community bans & warnings policy was removed a while ago, professional standards no longer hands out punishments for that but I don't know the story behind removing that, however, server bans and warnings could still cause things such as people not being able to apply for certain roles...

IA's job is to investigate complaints... Ask @Super_ about the standards of officers
