Depending on what key it is bound to, I can see it being a bit of a finger-fudge that gets people killed tbf, cause when you /org you take your phone out. If that wasn't a concern, I'd just as soon have this replace U being LOOC by default.

I personally would like to see spikes get a remodel, and somewhat of a rework, perhaps by making it so they're longer, but have to be set up ahead of time, and can then be deployed and retracted at will once set up. But in terms of how they work just now, that's a perfectly valid use of spikes.
