I agree with having one more chance. Some of the spawns you get are shit, like the one at Regal’s parking lot, which is nearly impossible. Action Request (UAV BOMBER TYPE-82 and spongbob sus)
They both broke 3.4. Lewis is obvious, but Pen Liza's is a bit more Iffy. However, from his clip, you can see that he fails to look around at all to make sure he isn’t being gunpointed. As a result, they both broke 3.4 and ended up dying. -
