This suggestion was not to communicate during raids, a cooldown for each text message was the suggestion, to communicate with allies so you dont raid them and lose exp and such. No vc with allies! Thats too op and buffed.
Thats also a good idea, but if you look at the criminal view of it, TeamSpeak isnt tracked by law enforcement and at the realistic point nobody in the real world would communicate in this way over a messenger call when handling criminal activities. I know its gonna get denied but realism cutie...
Yes, but tooter is unsafe for criminal activity and can be monitered by the police.
It's just a suggestion for a hint more of realism in the real life criminal world where allied cartels and such communicate over encrypted chats.

Step 1: You gotta find the sound path, so go in-game and open the console and type "developer 1" or "snd_show 1" and then let the phone ring.
While doing this look in the console for the sound file path.
Step 2: Recreate that path in "garrysmod/sound/" meaning you put a new sound file in there...
