What law do you wish to change/add:
10.4: Smoking
It is an offence to smoke inside of a business or residence without the permission of the owner of said premises, inside of a government or city run facility, or in the vicinity of fuel pumps / fuel storage.
Infraction: Liable to $1000 maximum fine and removal from the premises in question.
Why should this change/addition be made:
This is a very realistic law. It will improve gameplay in the following ways:
- More realistic as smoking is bad
- Makes sense that officers can act to stop people smoking near gas pumps
- You can legally stop people from smoking on your property which is highly annoying at times especially when they spam smoke.
What is the aim of this change/addition:
The idea here is to add a common law that is both realistic and common. This law will stop people from smoking within government buildings, as expected from this modern day and age.
