Why should this player be punished?: 3.4 Murdering a police officer(s) to avoid yourself or others receiving a minor punishment, such as a small ticket or a minor jail sentence

I just logged on to the server, went to do my free spins. I was the only officer on at all the entire time, came back to my car to get a fire extinguisher to play around with. Then got shot the second I set foot near bazaar. Player in OOC said I was shot over a drugs. Idk this just seemed like blatant rdm to me.

So there was a mugging /raid with org and we were carrying drugs , we didnt want to kill u unless u came to close which u finally did , if i let u cross that corner u would have seen the drugs.So i was only doing what is normal here is my footage.
