Why should this be added? (pros): There are 5 pages of suggestions waiting to be processed

What negatives could this have? (cons): Sr Staff have more work to do

Maybe process the suggestion exactly a week after its creation to give time for feedback?

Don't be daft, the team is accepting and reviewing more suggestions than they ever have before. Besides they are already balls deep in accepted suggestions that have to be realised
