Add a disclaimer message on the ideas/suggestion subforum about searching for similar ideas.

Description of the idea: The ban dispute section has a perfect message explaining disputes and appeals, I'm suggesting a similar message on the idea/suggestion subforum reminding people to use the search function to see if what they are suggesting has been done before and if it has been denied before. I've seen a lot of people suggest ideas that have been denied in the past, such as undercover cops. Even I have suggested an idea that's been accepted in the past but not implemented yet.

Why should this be added? (pros): People will stop suggesting ideas that have been suggested before. fewer duplicate suggestions.

What negatives could this have? (cons): IDK.

I agree with this, don't think it would hurt to add. Good chance people still ignore the message though.

We already have a notification telling people to read the posting rules, too many notifications will make the page look very strange.
