Adds a small 3 story building block near the office at a aproximate cost of £3250 per
this house would have a chemical table and 1 main room and 1 bathroom
it coud be called '' office apartments '' or '' gas station apartments''


Why should it be added?: it gives some nice housing in a good part of town as there currently is no housing it is also very local to the beach meaning it could be used for getting fishing rods

Pros: adds more housing near a busy part of town

Cons: could take some time to edit

Office suffers enough from bad performance, adding a 3 story apartment block near it would cause even more lag. Also, having another property like this right next to Office would be broken, either you get flanked while raiding or people use it to store guns after raids.

I appreciate the premise behind this but I think we have enough properties around the map for people to choose from. There's still so many properties that are underutilised as well.

yeah ive been near office and its fine
