Description of the idea: Add ratings to the Ideas & Suggestions section of the forums ( specifically agree and disagree )

Why should this be added? (pros): Allows developers and SA to gauge community opinion of someone's reply to a suggestion, without each one having the individually reply

What negatives could this have? (cons): Possible rating abuse

Please take a look at the denied section. This type of suggestion has already been denied, in fact just yesterday @Lelios1 posted something similar as seen above.

Also, specific ratings for specific nodes is not possible.
