Server Suggestion Adjustments/Changes to Gun Game

Description of the idea: Make the following changes/adjustments to Gun Game as it can get frustrating real quick:

-Spawn protection when spawning. This should last for 3 seconds and should disappear as soon as the player makes an action, even when looking around slightly. Just make sure this doesn't get bonked up by respawns where you are in the air slightly and then fall down which would count as an action.
-Remove fireworks and other cosmetic entities that get spawned that cause lag/impact performance.
-Change the spawning system (Less spawns in the middle where most of the gun fight happen in an open area) as well as a checker where it prevents you from spawning right in front of someone's face (I beg you Tiny).
-Give all weapons a rifle compensator and red dot sight instead of making it random every respawn.
-Punish movement spam (Less crouch spam like how CS:GO does it).
-Holding TAB temporarily changes the player list into a leaderboard for all current participants, showing all current kills and players in the event.

Below points should be discussed if these should be features or not as they can be quite game changing.
-Regain a small amount of health (20HP) when you kill a player. Obviously shouldn't overheal over 100HP.
-Spawn with a combat knife that's 2 hit, killing someone with this should put them back to the previous weapon they had and get you the next weapon (beware of spaghetti code if person is still on the first weapon and gets stabbed).
-Change the time for everyone to day time instead of night.
-Change respawn timer to 4 seconds.

Why should this be added? (pros): Less frustration and more fairness across the board

What negatives could this have? (cons): I suck at making up good features and we all suck at Gun Game, let's admit it.

Those suggestions are good but another one could be putting all guns that have automatic fire rate available on it.
