I never shot Jessamy? And I was miles away from her, he wasn’t shot in crossfire, I was in the bazar and she was around back.
Also, you had already shot her, so her running away from gunpoint could be the only way to preserve her life as you shot her and could be a rogue cops etc (hence why you were punished for 2.5)
