Why were you punished?: "As EMS, the user failed to leave the scene of an active City Hall raid despite seeing armed gunmen inside with him. Once he heard gunfire a few seconds later, he ran towards it, which led to his death."

Why should this appeal be considered?: I received multiple life alerts from the city hall, so when i arrived to the scene there was no warning no shots no visuals of any crime except for dead bodies which i disposed of. when i moved more into city hall i was moving bodies out of the building when the sniper moved in as i was already inside. when he found me he told me to go away, which i complied to. shortly after leaving i received another life alert from the city hall under the impression that it was the sniper that had died. there were no police online at the time so nobody was confirming/denying or even communicating that the sniper was still alive. when i moved back in i died. i wasn't trying to put myself in any danger. just trying to save lives, i am very much trying to get into the server more since the update, and i have been reading the rules and complying with them in turn. sorry

i had JUST arrived to the scene was there for a while and nobody had arrived no cops no nothing. and yea you did kill me. but i thought they killed YOU so i went back in. yea it was stupid as fuck, but i didnt know you were still alive. if i had known that i wouldnt have went back in. and idk why you posted SS's that could literally be from anything. idek why you decided to fish through the ban appeals to say sum when you have more bans, blacklists, and warnings than i do!!

First of all clearly your an idiot, Like u should have left completely, putting your life at risk like that is the reason i reported you, secondly why you bringing my ban history into it?? I know what I have done right and wrong took my punishment and gone from there, You have clearly broken the rules, come off it you knew I was still there, you should not have been there clear as day, you got shot and banned for it. Also You where there for ages mate as I was actully sniping on top of city garage and I still seen the full size there so why you lying?

i complied with you completely and i was literally there to do my job, moving the bodies out. im not here to bicker with you about small technicalities. i here to speak with the admins, you did your part already. all im saying is that i think 3 weeks is rather hefty for a misunderstanding. there is nothing to lie about.

In the clip you are clearly seen moving guns you found next to dead bodies around, which is more than enough evidence that a crime had been or was being committed.

Even if your original entrance into the City Hall was justified, the moment you heard gunshots you should have ran away, but instead you decided to rush towards it figuring the raider was probably dead, which wasn't the case and costed you your life. Not only does this constitute 4.2 again, but 3.4 as well. The ban is so lengthy because of your extensive record of breaking 3.4.
