Why were you banned/blacklisted: 4.1, 3.4, 2.2 - Horrible conduct as a government employee. Fleeing police, mic spamming and have no care for actions whatsoever. Breaking 3.4 multiple instances.
Why should this appeal be considered:i think ban was too long

I think its quite self-explanatory why this appeal is being denied. You aren't sorry for what you've done, you haven't tried to dispute what you've done, you are just not happy its long. If this is the case and you think I've done wrong and dealt with this wrong then feel free to make a complaint. If you wish to dispute and claim you didn't do this and what you did was ok then make a dispute. If not you can make another apology with some effort
