Why were you punished?: 1.2 - Playing a racist video on his TV. Accepted AR: 2.5 - The player shot a person unconscious right outside their house for seemingly no reason.
Why should this appeal be considered?: the song playing on the tv was a kanye west song - not racist in any sense of the word and my friend had told me that in chat yesterday that people can be shot for trespassing on your property which the man was.
as said to the admin me and my friend had been raided at least 5 times in under an hour hence why we was on edge but again will state that an admin in chat had said that trespassing on property is grounds to shoot - the man was warned to get back in his car and didnt follow instruction so as such acted accordingly - really hope that you consider my appeal for a reduced or a change of mind over my ban ive had such fun using the server and had just started to get somewhere
Additional Information: an admin had put into chat yesterday after my ban that trespassing on someones property can be considered a raid - i will again state that we that day had been non stop raided more than 5 times in under an hour hence why we were taking no risks - the guy was 10000% there to raid us and we did issue a warning to him to back off before engaging.

that is the link to the song of which was playing and i will reiterate that that is in no way a racist song - it may be controversial but as previously stated was a link sent to me by a friend, not that im excusing it but had we been raided ten seconds later it would have been done with.
per your rules it is not a racist video as A) it is sang by a black man B) it is a song made to be controversial.
i really enjoy playing the server me and my friends have found a lot of fun since starting id like the ban to be reduced or if possible reversed if possible again we're really enjoying playing together this past week or so hands down the best server we have found.
in future i will be more mindful of what is played on the tv..
