Burner Phones Suggestion

Main idea:

Trap phones or Burner phones to be added to the main server.

Description:

These trap phones or burner phones would be untraceable phones purchasable from DD to hide their numbers and ringtone from police, these phones will act in a way to hide the phone numbers of criminals and won’t be on the system of police computers and messages and calls and organisation TS will not be able to be looked at by PD

The phones will be more expensive to purchase and could be priced at 1.5K by DD.

Pros:

-Able to keep yourself secretive
-Cops won’t be able to trace you back to things
-A changing number function will help maintain the element of secrecy and will help criminals communicate and not have officers get them for most offences.
-911 calls would be anonymous and could help in many situations.
-Dispatcher won’t find your location once a 911 call occurs.

Definitely a good idea, shouldn't be too hard to implement too, kind of like real life where you can get a burner phone use the different number, then dump it and get a new one later on. It'll add an additional challenge for the PD.

I'm unsure what would be stopping people from using these phones constantly, then nobody could be tracked doing dumb stuff like spam calling - It could be a good idea to give these a specific amount of uses.

I'll take a look into the best way to do this at some point.
