Description of the Bug: Shooting while equipping zip ties
How to reproduce the Bug: Equip zip ties while having a weapon in attack stance then click quickly when the loading bar is being completed in an attempt to use the zip ties. This will sometimes result in a bullet being fired, which appears to be silent clientside but unsure if that's the case serverside.
