Description of the Bug: With insufficient money in pocket, taxi will take 100$ to start the drive, however won't charge anything afterwards.
How to reproduce the Bug: 1. Have no money in pocket
2. Enter a taxi using bank account money.
3. You pay 100$ to enter, but never pay anything afterwards.
