Main Idea: Controllable /me ranges.
Full description of the idea:
Typing /me currently broadcasts a message at a text chat range.
If you're mugging someone in the back of a bazaar shop, people can see your /me's of taking there items and / or bumming them.
you should have 2 options for /me's, regular, or /Wme.
The W in /wme stands for "Whisper" which will only broadcast a message at whisper range.
/Wme takes mans items
Whilst normal /me's can be used to describe an action that would be noticeable by anyone in direct eyeshot or earshot of you.

/me stretches
Why should it be added?:
This prevents certain roleplay situations from being broadcast to large crowds of people in an unnecessary manner.
Pros:
- No more hearing muggings happening in the bazaar from a distance.
Cons:
- People might do a /me whilst out of range of the players ability to hear it, that might be necessary for the RP sit to continue.
