Type of bug: LUA

Description of the bug: When going on duty as dispatcher and sitting down and assigning incidents or when there is a 911 call there isn't any sound and you get the LUA thing in the corner of your screen.

How to reproduce the bug: Go on Duty as dispatcher
Sitt down in the dispatcher room
Assign incident

Can you attach media files? Also the "LUA thingy in the top corner." doesn't help. When it happens, open your console and take a screenshot of the error.
