Hello people, I've been thinking of joining a fighting sport, but I really don't know what sport I should choose. I was thinking about krav maga. U guys got any suggestions?
Boxing is a very beginner friendly “fighting” sport. You won’t likely be fighting for many months as you’ve actually got to learn to be controlled with both movement and exertion.
I’d recommend start off with something with limited sparring. If you spar too early you’ll get put off the sport because you’ll keep losing and/or hurt yourself
