Description of the idea: Add a perk that can be unlocked at a certain org level that increases the base marksmanship from 85 to 100 in intervals of 5.

Why should this be added? (pros): More org perks are always good to motivate org members to try to increase their level. Many players, including myself, preferred how guns behaved at 100 marksmanship and higher marksmanship would be particularly helpful for guns that were impacted negatively by the tickrate change, the M4, for instance, is notably worse than before.

What negatives could this have? (cons): Potential imbalance between stronger orgs and other orgs

*Other additions: Perhaps limit this to certain firearms like only pistols and shotguns to prevent too much imbalance?

Org perks were seriously disappointing, there's a few nice ones but most are useless. Marksmanship, crafting time and so on would be a major benefit and factor of orgs putting in a ton of time and energy into the grind

I agree with what husky is saying, with the crafting time. I also believe that it should up the firearms from 85 to 90, only 5.

I believe there is 75% of the levels that dont have any perks to them, I dont think the numbers in which the marksmanship is true, but its only a suggestion, nothing has been set in stone.

Adding perks for the sake of having perks is not a good idea.

The ability to level up your firearms levels, to be able to be a better wanna be pro perp cs go player was removed, everyone now shares the same level, I personally have no issue with reintroducing levels, but maybe not 100.... maybe 30 or something. But this is not something that should be exclusive to orgs...

Did you even read the post? If you're going to argue with the suggestion at least read the post. Collier clearly outlined why he believes it would be beneficial.

I like the suggestion, but as @Husky said, a suggestion was accepted to remove the need of rifle comps and give everyone the recoil control in terms of marksmanship; and that everyone would receive compensation for the comps. And its not like the jump from 85 to 100 is a crazy difference but it would bring back life to certain guns.

Just increase all Marksmanship for everyone to 100.
I liked how it was before marksmanship came into play.

I understand the reasoning behind this idea and somewhat support it, however, as mentioned above, I have a feeling that we’d end up at the square 1 that made us remove marksmanship to begin with, in the sense that players who just play more would further have advantage over newer players not in skill but by game mechanics.

On the other hand, 85 to 100 marksmanship is really not that big a difference to the point where it’d really give too much of an advantage. And tbh I wouldn’t care if this got added.

It doesn't really make sense for this to be an org perk. Your character becomes better because he joined an organisation?
Would make sense for individual skills to be earned by the individual 's work.

No this would only bennefit big org's so they domenate the server even more. Add perks like faster crafting or things simulair to that.
