Suggestion Title: fishing rod return
Suggestion Description: like how you can return unused planter boxes that were stolen, same thing but for all fishing rods for the ones that have gone mach 49 into the air and escaping earth's atmosphere


Why should this be added?:
- can use all fishing rod slots
- less random fishing rods at weird places
- why not?

What negatives could this have?:
- stolen fishing rods can be taken back when still in use possibly

the fishing rods flying to the moon whenever you get a crate, fireworks or a knife is the best part of fishing. Happens to me all the time irl too you know.
+1 eventhough I liked seeing people drown going after their rods.
