Help for a friend who was mistakenly banned

Hello to all you fine folk. I hope this finds you all heathy and wealthy.

I've got a friend who was banned for a case of failing to value his life. He has admitted to that, that's not the issue. The issue lies with what happened next.

While recieving his punishment, his connection dropped due to a power outage in his area and he was banned permanently for disconnecting during the hearing. If there is anyway his ban could be rectified, that would be great considering the fact that he was only supposed to be banned for 3 days and it's now been several weeks.

If anyone could help, that would be greatly appreciated.

It would be wise to find some form of evidence that his power actually went out. If it was a power outage in his area that means it has highly likely been logged in the power company's outage part of their website. He could check there to find some evidence for it.
Obviously this will reveal his location so make sure to blur out any addresses etc.

He does have to make a dispute however.

No one gets permabanned for disconnecting in RP anymore. Can you give us a name?

EDIT: checked scam bans list and found no one who has been banned recently permanently for that reason?

Well anyone could say 'My power went out' so if you have a form of evidence so you can prove it then he is good

The issue has already been resolved. The player was re-banned for another reason I think. But this issue has been solved now, you can probably close this thread.
