Main Idea: To display short, helpful tips while players are on the black screen that are constantly altering while a player is dead
Full description of the idea: Basically, the people who will probably find themselves most likely to be dead, are new players when they first play. So why not take advantage of that and help them out with other stuff while they are dead!
So I am suggesting that we add a whole bunch of helpful tips that are short and simple to read, such as "While under gunpoint, you should adhere to the orders of the person" etc.
These tips could be short explanations of the rules, or quite simply useful things to know about the gamemode. There could be a whole bunch off them, and they are displayed for about 15 seconds, until the next one is randomly chosen and displayed.

Why should it be added?: I think it would be good use of the "down time" while you are dead, for there to be messages displayed, as this would be especially helpful for newer players who are waiting to respawn as it could teach them about the game rather than just waiting to respawn.
We already have something like this when you are loading in, but those are currently more like general information about the server, rather than useful tips.

Full description of the idea: Basically, the people who will probably find themselves most likely to be dead, are new players when they first play. So why not take advantage of that and help them out with other stuff while they are dead!
So I am suggesting that we add a whole bunch of helpful tips that are short and simple to read, such as "While under gunpoint, you should adhere to the orders of the person" etc.
These tips could be short explanations of the rules, or quite simply useful things to know about the gamemode. There could be a whole bunch off them, and they are displayed for about 15 seconds, until the next one is randomly chosen and displayed.

Initial message (always displayed first): Were you wrongfully killed or a rulebreak took place? Make an F6 and describe what happened in full detail.
Pro Tip: The higher your marksmanship skill, the lower your recoil for those types of guns
Pro Tip: Some weapon attachments help with recoil control or visuals.
Pro Tip: Aim down your sights for improved accuracy.
Pro Tip: Bandaging will make you vulnerable to being rushed, be careful with your timing!

Pros:
- New players are able to learn quicker
- Being dead isn't just staring at a black screen anymore as there are informative tips there
- A new player that doesn't find himself to be dead a lot, won't see these tips anyway
- Showing how you got killed, but a vague way, so for example, you died due to a (gun/car/bleeding out etc.) to avoid direct metagaming/breaking nlr and maybe in a more humerus way
- Make it so that you can toggle this on/off (some people may not like it I guess)
