Hicktown waters contain deadly piranha's that will quickly punish anyone daring enough to go too far away. This leads to paramedics being unable to swim up to the victims or otherwise they will share the same fate, which makes these waters highly dangerous.
Luckily there is a way to safely retrieve piranha victims as long as the paramedic is properly equipped and is able to respond fast enough.

One additional difficulty is that the hicktown water is less buoyant than the sea/docks water leaving simple solutions such as boards useless.

Parakalelel guide to first aid in piranha attacks:
1. Getting knocked unconscious by piranhas will leave plenty of time for the victim to get revived however the process of getting the body to safety is time-consuming therefore a quick response to the situation is crucial. If you are not near hicktown or suburbs your fastest approach is probably by jumping off of the city bridge into the shallow water and getting to the appropriate position.

2. Take your emergency lifeboat out of the trunk (or storage if you live there) and move as close as you possibly can to the body. Do not attempt to swim to it as there is a reason the person died there in the first place, you are only wasting time.

3. Place the boat into the water and inflate it.

Use 4 large boards for buoyancy and one large shelf to increase your height

4. Use the paddle to sweep the body to the nearest shore. DO NOT try to help the victim while he is still in the water as you can not succeed you must use your boat to push the body onto land.

5. Once both of you are in a safe location get out of the boat and use your defibrillators to resurrect the body. If you do not have such equipment wait for someone who does to arrive, now that the body is out of danger the chances of success are much larger.

The boat is quite fast if you paddle it good enough
