[UPDATE] Us at Ironside are all in agreement that starting out in Paralake is a grinding task alone. That's why we are offering every single new player a trainee crafter role in our organisation where more experienced members will show you the ropes and help you out in any way they possibly can. Just make an application on the application page and specifically say you would like to become a trainee.
