Description of the Bug: Brake doesn't stay on when engine is turned off

How to reproduce the Bug: This bug is best reproduced in a cliff or ramp.

1. Get in a car, turn on engine
2. Hold the brake key (space in my case)
3. While holding the brake, press the engine toggle key (T)
4. While still holding the brake, get out of the vehicle.

The brake will remain, even if the dashboard indicator isn't on, but the brake will disengage once you're out of the vehicle, immediately going down if in a slope. For it to work, you have to release the brake once the engine is off, and then press again the key.

It looks like you let go of space before pressing E?

I kept holding the key, you can see the car doesn't move until I get out. Unsure if it's just me or related to my keyboard (I don't have N-Key rollover)

I've confirmed it's not your keyboard and is a server side issue.

Instead of fixing this bug, I have revolutionised the way that handbrakes work when your engine off.
