Description of the Bug: Helpers can sometimes see parts of actual reports.
How to reproduce the Bug: When a helper connects to the server, all reports that are open at the time are visible to them. New replies are not visible, only replies that were already there. This is the same for moving a help request to reports. The replies that were visible stay visible, new replies are not visible. These reports stay there untill you disconnect, since if they are closed it doesnt update.
