Description of the Bug: Mouse sensitivity drops extremely low.

How to reproduce the Bug: It happened after I was dragged and given a ticket.

I believe @Dom_ also has this issue.

Source bug, disable shift-tab to fix it.

Disabling raw mouse input fixes it. @Ryan O'Neil told me about this yesterday.

It can be fixed by disabling and then enabling raw input. As @Hayden said.
