Description of the Bug: Unable to change into different colour clothes

How to reproduce the Bug: 1. Buy clothing which you can edit the hex
2. Try buying the same clothing again in a different color

I believe the clothing does actually change, but in mirrors and cars etc it just doesnt show up yet untill you log off? Thats what I have had a few times recently..

Though not too sure if we are talking about the same problem here, as I had it with all clothing and not just color change.
