Description of the idea: Having a ranking system for medics, this would make it so that there is one or two people who are high ranked, supervisors and they have the responsibility of dealing and training other medics, when you get promoted as medic (idk what the name could be) you could get access to the DNA scanner instead of every medic having one and its piss easy to get a warrant. Also it will make the medics a lot more proffesional
Why should this be added? (pros): More serious medics, active medics and well trained, knowing how to deal with situations instead of combat revving and getting themselves killed. This will also give people who don't like playing cop a different option and still have that motivation to strive for the top, they could have different regiments in it maybe as well like first responders, also this will stop minges a lot more, and overall create a way better atmosphere about being a medic
