Missing Textures

I am missing a number of texture but it seems to only be the gloss of windows and floors
I get this error:

material models/props/skybox_regal/fence_03 has a normal map and an envmapmask. Must use $normalmapalphaenvmapmask.

material models/props/regal_staircase/fence_03 has a normal map and an envmapmask. Must use $normalmapalphaenvmapmask.

material models/props/subs_balcony_fence/fence_03 has a normal map and an envmapmask. Must use $normalmapalphaenvmapmask.

I have all HL2 and CSS along with the perpheads content

1. Make sure u have CSS. (Counter Strike Source)
2. You have the content packs from the website.
3. Put this in your steam Launch options: Right click on Garrysmod>Properties>Set launch options>Put this in: -dxlevel 95
4. Validate System Cache.

If you have tried all of these then im lost for ideas.....

I have the exact same thing.
And I really just have to deal with it.
It isnt really that bad TBH but you've got more errors that me
