Suggestion Title: PERPHeads Help Dark Mode
Suggestion Description: Just like the title says, I want to suggest a dark mode feature for the help page. I wouldn't think that this is something too difficult to implement, but it would be extremely helpful especially later in the night.

Dark mode superior.

Why should this be added?:
- Reduce eye strain when reading guides later in the night
-More comfortable experience

What negatives could this have?:
- None tbh, reply if you have any reasonable cons

We're without a designated developer for PERPHeads Help, I would suggest using Dark Reader sadly as Clarky suggested

The alternative is @TinySlayer adds it as I wouldn't know how to do this myself without making it permanently dark, I have tagged him for his info
