Reason:I got a ticket for "Parking on handicapped spot" even though the LT parked illegally, passed redlight, illegal uturn, and i never parked + the lt never tried to roleplay it. I just went in the parking spot and right out.

Really? A refund request for a 1k ticket. This is even worse than the 3k refund for the bobby pins. Even if the officer failticketed you, you could ask an admin and he would get a (verbal) warning. But oh well..
