Hello all,
Effective immediately, I will be stepping down from my position as Moderator; Senior administration has been notified of this decision.
I shall not be going into too much detail regarding my reasoning as it could cause problems with other members of the community and I wish to respect the privacy of our matters as much as I can.
I have had a great eight months within the staff team within PERP and feel that I have helped develop the community, alongside many other of the great staff members, by implementing new and constructive rules to benefit as many players in the community as possible. Sadly, coming into the recent months, I have had troubles with other members of the community, leading to petty arguments and distastes that have escalated into needed and severe confrontations. I apologise to the few users and staff members that have had to see this negative side of me and I hope this can be resolved swiftly and attentively. I hope that I have had a positive impact on as many people as possible, my general attitude has been to help you all at the same time as I uphold the server rule.
I will still maintain an active presence in the community and will do my best to help uphold the server rules and to also help anyone that I can.
Below will be a multitude of recommendations for people who've had a positive effect on my time in as a staff member:
@Creepis - Although it has been nearly three quarters of a year, you were the first administrator to believe in my potential and seriously helped impact my confidence.
@GraveDinosaur - You were a superb mentor, making sure that I was able to learn from my mistakes and conduct myself well as a staff member.
@LEWIS 088 - You taught me so much as a staff member, no mater how much I got pissed with you, I was never left to fuck up on my own.
@Madda - Throughout any tough situation, you've been a great consultant, being empathetic and truly helpful. You'd make a great administrator.
@TinySlayer - You assisted me through a fairly tough time, also helping the staff team as a hole by giving us much more cohesion and sufficiency
@Samuel - Throughout many situations, you have provided a clear and fair opinion, helping me decide what a good response should be, you have been extremely helpful.
@Blicky - Good mentor :*
@Smudger - Through so much shit you've given me the best directions, been a great help and good friend.
@Xquality - Setting me up on top notch dates
@SpaceShots - You've helped me improve my work multiple times as a staff member.
@[KGD]Dom_ - Been a great friend for god knows how long, always been a good laugh.
@Jon Godinn - My lovely hot tub.
@Exrobite - You've been a source of daily intake of cancer and meme that keeps me going.
@Mystic - Being a top lass ngl.
I hope to greet you all, as a staff member, again in the coming months.
