So thats not a thread slop(for @Aquaa ) but an actual question.
Im a 15 years old boy with a height ~168cm and 63kg. Currently i dont practice any sports but i would like to.
And my question is : What sports do you guys practice and do you suggest that?

I can do 20 pullups from deadhang, Aquaa is one of those lanky Serbians with a dent in the chest instead of peck muscles.

Edit: buy one of these and put in your room

Is this like the fight where everything is allowed or im wrong?
Muay Thai is Kickboxing + elbows and clinching
Fighting sports are great for you if you have a good trainer and gym, because of more reasons than fitness. But in terms of actual health they are not great.

Boxing and Muay Thai, even when just light sparring will give you some brain damage over time.
Grappling sports such as wrestling or BJJ will fuck up your knees, lower back and joints.

I trained Muay Thai hardcore for a good bit of time and came out with "A year of experience," according to my Captain (What we call trainers in Jordan). Here's what I felt I got from it:
1) Made me tougher as a man
2) Opened my eyes to openings in someone's defense and how to defend against attacks on those defenses in the context of Muay Thai.
3) Taught me a strong stance and how to reverse it
4) Showed me how to use all 8 limbs (Knees, Elbows, Feet and Fists) to maximize efficiency in combat)
5) Made me more flexible
6) Sharpened my knuckles and bones
and more

Also just learn how to swim if you don't know already, it's an essential survival skill and its healthy to swim.

Other than that, do what you enjoy and feel passion for. I think Volleyball is very easily something I can get passionate playing because when two teams are going at it it's very enjoyable to coordinate a goal with 2 other people or defend together.

I used to do swimming till I reached 18. Then I stopped due to university exams and never actually stack to it again because you need quite a few months to get to the level you used to be (cba).
A few years ago I started ninjutsu and later judo, both of which I am still actively doing. I never expected to like martial arts but here I am.
Also skiing. Skiing is fun. And scuba diving. Not really a sport though.

that is some top tier advice right here. Swimming and climbing are great hobbies to have

While it may not exactly be a sport, running. All these martial arts dogs are useless cause they won't be able to catch up to you. You can pretend you will die if you don't catch up to the car driving past you and it's a great outlet.
